Medical Social Worker

Job Summary: 

Ensures that services are provided to patients in accordance with policy guidelines set up by the Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility; provides direct and indirect services to patient/ families to facilitate discharge planning and to enhance their social functioning, particularly as it relates to the consequences or illness or patient medical management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Medical Social Worker,  or its equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): good communication skills, knowledge of case management handling, skills in medical social services, good organizational skills, MS Office.
  • good interpersonal skills, pleasing and well groomed
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in667 U.N. AvenueErmita,Manila.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent.

 

Cardiovascular Technician

 Job Summary:

Assists the Service Head in the planning and accomplishment of all unit activities and provides quality services to the clients.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be a female
  • 21-24 years old
  • Able to perform ECG, Echocardiography, Treadmill Exercise Test
  • Willing to be trained
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

 

HR Assistant for Employee Relation

 Job Summary: 

Provides technical and administrative assistance to the Head of Human Resource Division in promoting industrial peace in the hospital and handles programs on employee engagement and other special HR projects

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • Male/Female
  • Single/Married
  • At least 4 years of working experience in related field
  • Has extensive exposure in Employee Relation functions
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and with excellent organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and possesses a strong commitment for work
  • Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines

 

HR Assistant for Recruitment

Job Summary:

  • Handles sourcing, screening and hiring of new employees.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • Male/Female
  • 21-25 years old
  • Must be knowledgeable in recruitment process
  • With hospital experience is an advantage
  • Must be resourceful and able to work under pressure
  • Able to deal with different levels of people
  • Has good written and oral communication skills

 

Pantry Aide

Job Description:

Performs a variety of unskilled duties in the pantry area for the preparation and service of foods to hospital patients, doctors and personnel

Requirements:

  • Has background in food service
  • Knowledgeable in waitering services/buffet set-up/catering services
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be willing to go on shifting schedule
  • 20-25 years old
  • Male applicants only
  • Willing to work in Manila

Pharmacist

Job Description:

Prepares and dispenses medications ordered or prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner using appropriate technique and following the health system’s policies and procedures; assures the distribution and availability of 24-48 hour supply of medicines for in-patients;

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist
  • Male/Female
  • Not more than 30 years old
  • With good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Willing to go on shifting schedule
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila

Medical Secretaries and Clerks

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Female
  • 21-26 years old
  • Must be patient-oriented person
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Graduates of non-medical course are welcome to apply
  • Must be solution-oriented person

 

Credit and Collection Clerk/PHILHEALTH Clerk

  •  Must be a graduate of any Business Course
  • Male/Female
  • 21-26 years old
  • With good communication skills
  • Must be service-oriented person
  • Willing to be trained
  • With experience in clerical work is an advantage
